Pretty good tugs here, the manager cost 15 dollars more but 100% worth. Only complaint is very rough and weird techniques.

Went in on a rainy Saturday and had to wait about ten minutes, but it wasn't a big drama. Once things got going, everything felt relaxed and unhurried. My shoulders were pretty tight and they felt heaps better afterwards. Would've been nice if the booking started on time, but I'd still head back.
Walked in for a 60 min massage, paid and asked to use a bathroom before starting. The massage started at 2:05 pm by the clock in the room and felt a little lacking in technique but otherwise fine except body parts not being massaged were left exposed throughout which was uncomfortable and chilly, plus no music or relaxation sounds playing so the noises of the outside street were quite disruptive. At 2:55 pm there was a knock on the door informing that time was up. I said there should be at least another 8 or 9 minutes and the masseuse first said that the clock in the room might be “delayed” and when I said no, she said sorry someone else controls the timing. After I dressed I said I’d wait in the foyer for the time person to assist with the timing shortage. The masseuse went about cleaning up the room etc. and after 5 mins or so said that the time person behind the scenes was too busy. I asked her why the massage had been shorted and she said the timing was started from when I paid, so my time spent locating and using the bathroom, returning and undressing etc. was all part of the 60 mins. I informed that I have had many many massages including walk-ins and never before been charged from payment especially if that included use of the bathroom. I said that I would rather come to a resolution there in person about this complaint but they weren’t in agreement so I was upfront about this review in order to warn future customers that they won’t receive fair value for payment. I left the foyer after this at the time my massage should have ended on the table. I would understand for a pre-booked appointment time, if someone then spent part of that time using the bathroom (as they probably should have prepared before that where possible) especially if there are other bookings to follow and can’t run a few mins overtime. But for a walk-in with no other customers, payment should not be the start of massage timing. Every other massage I have had has been timing start from when the masseuse re-enters the room, and finishes within maybe 3 mins of the full time at most. It should also be noted that I was vaguely pointed toward the bathroom which had a Gents sign on the door, so I spent a minute or two looking around for a Ladies before just going in. The bathroom was not clean and had no means of drying hands (paper towel, regular towel or hand dryer). The foyer and corridor/bathroom area also smelled strongly of weed but not inside the massage room so I guess I can’t say for sure that it was linked to here.
I had a session on Saturday morning. The message was good and the timing was relatively fair. However the masseuse was cold and her tone was rude. I appreciate her straightness in communication but having a friendly attitude would go a long way for many customers.
Really great massage by Lynda. Even went overtime 10m to focus on getting a particular knot/sore spot out. Easy to book in on the website too, but also looks like they do walk-ins.
